Juhani Koivuviita is the Co-founder and CEO of Educraftor (Finland). The company develops and supports learning ecosystems that foster innovation and best practices across education and related sectors in Europe and beyond. With over 18 years of experience as a teacher, school principal, international program manager, and Master Coach, Juhani helps individuals, teams, and organisations learn, grow, and co-create meaningful change. He designs and facilitates processes where diverse stakeholders come together in dialogue to innovate and learn from each other. Through Educraftor, he has contributed to several European initiatives, including the European Digital Education Hub and DigiEduHack, fostering innovation and capacity building in digital education.
